  4.     Net-Tac-Toe is a 2 player Tic-Tac-Toe game. It features support for the Communication Toolbox, a chat room and text-2-speech.

  6. Playing the Game:

  8.     Starting a game:    
  9.  
  10.         1) One of the players chooses "Host Game"
  11.         2) The other player chooses "Join Game"
  12.         3) Both players then choose the same Comm Tool.
  13.         
  14.     Playing the game:

  16.         1) To place a piece, click on the desired square.
  17.         2) To start a new game choose "Play Again".

  19.     The Chat Room:

  21.         1) To start a chat session choose "Open Chat". This will open the chat window on both computers.

  23.         2) If text-2-speech has been installed on your computer then you will have the option of enabling it. Once
  24.                  text-2-speech has been enabled you will be presented with a list of the voices installed on your computer.

  26.         3) Choosing "Close Chat" will close the chat window on both computer.

  29.     The Internet:

  31.         Internet play is possible if both players have a TCP-Tool and an Internet account.
